thursday kinda sucked.
its the cause of all these crampt
up muscles i have now,
even my ARM crampt up ytd.
goodness. i was drinking water&
with sudden realisation,
found out i couldnt put my water bottle down.
like oh goodness.
yeah. MORNING TRNG.
cannot skip.
maybe thats why i didnt get my
really wanted 11:11
instead, i was 3o seconds behind my goal. ):
then, there was the twopointfour.
which yeah kinda screwed up as above mentioned.
yes. so then, i thought oh screw!
thank god no more running today
but in the end,
trng endeed up to be
alot of PHYSICAL.
hurt so bad you know.
